    The team at this dealership is incredibly nice, personable, and genuinely cares about getting you into the car that is the best match for you. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Tristan R., Heidi M., and Adam A. to end my lease and transition into ownership of my car. In order to make this transition, a comprehensive safety inspection of my vehicle by the service center is required prior to purchase. Adam facilitated this process with remarkable ease, coordinating everything from the scheduling of the appointment to the reservation of a loaner vehicle (with the help of Jackie P. who is a true gem), up to the final pick-up. His proactive communication kept me informed of all progress updates, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Tristan R. and Heidi M then guided me through the purchase and financing process. Their extensive knowledge of the process combined with their straightforward, transparent way of communicating exceeded my expectations. They truly went out of their way to ensure I had the type of best-in-class experience one would expect from a BMW dealership. I'm very pleased and can't imagine purchasing a car anywhere else.

    Luxury dealership, clean, and very friendly staff. Hendrick Dealerships have consistently done an excellent job with hiring friendly and helpful staff. I am currently an Audi South Austin customer (it is a part of the Hendrick Auto group). Definitely keeps to the same customer priority focus. Ultimately we decided to select another vehicle make and model, but I was very thankful for the salesmen and receptionist here. Highly recommend this location!

    Well here I am again, with my second review in 4 years about my amazing relationship with BMW of South Austin. I must admit, I've never had such a family type relationship with an automobile dealer as I have with these folks. When buying a car, I usually prepare for an arm wrestle from start to finish. Yet, at BMW of South Austin, from service to sales, you are welcomed and treated at the level the brand demands. Monte (Edwards) Purify is my sales person. I first met him in 2018 when we're first moved out here and we have been in touch since my first car purchase in 2019. Back then, I really took my time choosing a vehicle (practically 1 year). Not once did he rush me, or pressure me into a sale. He told me "I want you to purchase the vehicle of your choice, the vehicle you want to drive, not the one I want to sell you." Not how I was advised at other dealers. Usually it's "can't guarantee this car will be here when you come back", or " this offer is only for today only". Hendricks BMW offers a different dynamics altogether. My experience here for the most part has been pleasant. When it wasn't, a swift conversation with a manager resolved the issue. We picked up a 2024 X5 M Sport. Traded in my 2019 X5 M Sport and an older 2012 328i. In turn I received loyalty and Veterans discounts. We even received a $1000 month of December discount. Not sure why, but I'm not going to turn it down . We received more discounts than we were offered at other dealerships. The Veterans discount was offered, without terms. The process was pressure free. Everything was laid out, in writing, printed up on a form, not scribbled on a note paid. Sales Manager, Steve Bingle, sat with us and answered all our questions regarding our trade in's, warranty credits or found the answers that he didn't have knowledge of. We sat with Laura Mikiciuk in the Finance Dept., and negotiated over warranty options. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I left with a vehicle I know I will enjoy. Driving the car in "Sport Plus mode" is a thrilling experience. Everything changes, from the exhaust, to holding gear changes and down shifting. It's all in performance mode, smooth and precise. I love the new improvements in the 2024 model. If you're in the market for a new car, or just want to visit a dealership that treats their customers fairly, visit the Hendricks dealership in South Austin, "BMW of South Austin".
